From October 2, 2024 to January 1, 2025, Café 100 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will offer a limited-time "German" Afternoon Tea experience, a harmonious blend of nuanced flavours, delivering a captivating sensory experience. Let’s embark an German gourmet journey with tasting Germany delicate while enjoying the sea view at Café 100!
Café 100 “German” Afternoon Tea is an assortment of 8 savouries and sweets for relaxing and indulgent treats. The Egg and Tuna Potato Sandwich features a creamy, protein-rich filling that balances the soft, pillowy potato bread. The Prawn and Guacamole Bites Bun beautifully contrasts tender, briny shrimp with vibrant, zesty guacamole, delivering a burst of fresh flavors. Meanwhile, the Pastrami and Gherkin Yogurt Mini Wrap, enveloped in a creamy yogurt dressing, provides a refreshing taste experience. The German Sausage with Sauerkraut Tart marries the robust, smoky sausage with the tangy, subtly sweet sauerkraut, all nestled within a flaky pastry shell.
On the sweet side, the Black Forest Verrine showcases the rich, decadent flavours of chocolate, balanced by the tart cherries and creamy texture. The Plum Crumble presents a harmonious blend of juicy plums and a buttery, crunchy topping. The Raspberry Pistachio Cake delights the palate with fresh red raspberries, adding the multiple textures.
