"Café 100 Alphonso Mango Afternoon Tea" features eight artfully crafted delicacies for a multi-layered gourmet experience. Savory selections include Foie Gras Mousse, Périgord Truffles Finger Sandwich, where velvety foie gras meets earthy black truffle; crispy Lobster Curry Feuilletée filled with succulent lobster meat and silky cream sauce; and refreshing Cucumber, Mint and Dill Cream Cheese Finger Sandwich to awaken the palate for the sweet chapter.
