Can I purchase tickets online the day I want to visit sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck?
Yes, you can.
Do I have to pick a visiting time when purchasing tickets?
Most of the tickets or packages do not require time slot selection. Only for selected promotions, you are required to select the visiting date and time. Please refer to the details and terms & conditions for the respective promotions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets cannot be cancelled once they are purchased.
Will I receive an email notification to confirm my booking?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address input during online ticket purchase in around 10 minutes after the transaction is completed.
Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?
Please check if the confirmation email sent to your spam/junk mail folder and if there is any email filtering setting. If you still haven’t received a confirmation email and have checked that credit card has been charged, please contact sky100 via email at info@sky100.com.hk or phone at (852) 2613 3888. Visitors can also present the credit card used for the online ticket purchase upon collecting your tickets at the sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck Ticket Centre.
If I booked my tickets ahead, do I need to collect the admission tickets prior to entry?
When you reserve your tickets online, you can choose to print out or present the e-ticket and enter sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck directly. Otherwise, you can also redeem your tickets at sky100 Ticket Centre with presenting your confirmation email. If you purchase package (including sky100 ticket and other experience e.g. dining or photo taking services), you will have to print our or present the e-ticket at sky100 Ticket Centre to redeem ticket and coupon for other experiences.

How long does a sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck visit last?
Approximately 60 minutes. However, you are welcomed to take your time and stay until sky100’s closing time.
How long does the elevator take to reach sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck?
Approximately 60 seconds.
How many passengers can fit into an elevator?
Approximately 15 passengers per elevator. Number of passengers may be reduced when required (e.g. to fulfill the anti-epidemic regulations as announced by the government).
Is sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck accessible for disabled guests?
Yes. sky100 is fully accessible for guests with special needs and equipped with facilities including wheelchair access and disabled toilets. Guests who need to use wheelchairs are advised to reserve their ticket in advance. If you wish to borrow a wheelchair from sky100, please approach our staff for assistance upon arrival.
Is there a restaurant or a bar at sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck?
Yes. Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is located on the same floor as sky100. Operated by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong hotel, Café 100 serves simple yet delectable cuisines in a contemporary setting commanding boundless sea views and captivating sunsets.
Weather Arrangement
Will sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck close due to severe weather conditions?
Yes, sky100 will close under severe weather conditions, based on the announcement from the Hong Kong Observatory, such as 2 hours before the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is issued, or when the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force prior to the opening hours.
What happens to the tickets purchased online when sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck is closed due to severe weather conditions?
In the event that sky100 is closed due to severe weather, (such as Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above, or when the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal in force prior to the opening hours of the tickets and packages booked online will be arranged as follows:
- For tickets or packages valid for 30 days from the date of purchase: guests can visit sky100 again within the validity period;
- For tickets valid on selected date and time slot: validity of the booked tickets will be extended for 30 days starting from the day of the inclement weather. Please bring your original confirmation email to sky100 Ticket Centre within the extended validity period to exchange for the new tickets of the same category for use on that day, or contact sky100 Customer Service to apply for refund;.
- For ticket-included F&B packages valid on selected date: sky100 Customer Service will contact you via the phone number or email used in online booking to arrange for another visiting date.
- For used tickets or packages: No refunds will be given if the ticket or package holder has already entered the deck.
What are the special weather arrangements of sky100?
sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck will enact special arrangements under severe weather conditions as follows:
Thunderstorm Warning; Amber/Red Rainstorm Warning; Tropical Cyclone Signal No.1/No.3:
sky100 remains open
Black Rainstorm Warning:
If the signal is issued before sky100 opens, sky100 will open 3 hours after the signal is lowered at or before 14:00; if the signal is lowered after 14:00, sky100 will remain closed for the rest of the day. If the signal is issued during opening hours, sky100 remains open, and no refunds will be available once the ticket holder has entered the deck.
Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or above:
If the signal is issued before sky100 opens, sky100 will open in 3 hours after the signal is lowered at or before 14:00; if the signal is lowered after 14:00, sky100 will remain closed for the rest of the day. If the signal is issued during opening hours, sky100 will be closed when "Pre-No.8 Special Announcement" is published by Hong Kong Observatory.
Safety
Can children visit sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck unaccompanied?
Any person aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult to access sky100.
Is the sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck experience safe for expectant mothers?
Yes. sky100 wishes to provide a safe journey for all visiting guests. Expectant mothers are welcome to come to sky100, but we do recommend that they first seek advice from their family doctors prior to their visit and enter at their own discretion. To make the journey more comfortable, we suggest expectant mothers to come during off peak hours to avoid large crowds.
Is the experience safe for people with health problems?
Yes. sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck and its facilities are safe. We recommend that people with heart disease, epilepsy, high/low blood pressure, asthma, high eye/brain pressure, other diseases, or those with a history of illnesses or weak body conditions to seek advice from their family doctors prior to their visit and enter at their own discretion.
