Inspired by the relaxing ambience of a Parisian terrace café, Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is set to extend the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton to visitors at sky100. At 393m above sea level, Café 100 located on the west side of the deck commands boundless sea views and captivating sunsets. A range of delectable all-time favourites such as made-to-order hot dishes, waffles and panini sandwiches are served to tempt guests from around the world.

Each guest can choose any one of the Panini Sandwiches / Waffles / Savories & one drink at Café 100:

Panini Sandwiches (with your choice of mixed green salad or flavored potato chips)

1. Chicken Panini (Grilled Chicken, Roasted Butternut Squash,
   Artichoke Aioli)
2. Japnese Eel Panini (Grilled Japanese Eel, Tamago, Teriyaki Aioli)
3. Mushroom Panini (Marinated Italian Antipasto, Portobello Mushroom, Herbs Pesto)

Waffles

1. Chocolate Waffle (Marshmallows, Chocolate Sauce,
   Hokkaido Milk Ice Cream)

Payment and admission:

Guest is required to present the online purchase confirmation e-mail to staff at sky100 Ticket Center located at 1/F on the date of visit to redeem the package.
