This year, Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is launching a four-course “Valentine’s Day Set Dinner” available exclusively on 14 February. Start your journey with the Dill Marinated Salmon Gravlax Salmon Roe, with Micro Salads and Herbs Vinaigrette. The Creamy Tomato Velouté’ with Italian Basil and Gratin Cheese Crouton, its smooth and creamy taste will bring you to start the journey. For the main course, indulge in the Atlantic Halibut Viennoise with Lemon Beurre Blanc, with highlight the sweetness of fish. Alternatively, you can choose our Angus Beef Tenderloin Au Poivre, accompanied by a Potato Gratin and Peppercorn Creamy Sauce, which will treat you to taste the rich beef flavour in every bite. Finish your meal with the decadent White Chocolate Mousse Cake, topped Raspberries Rose Confit and Lemon Gel. Our carefully crafted menu is designed to impress your date and leave you both feeling pampered and satisfied.
