Terms of application for sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (“sky100”) CSR Group Complimentary Tour (“the visit”)
- Visit availability:
- Applications are accepted for visits on Monday and Tuesday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (last entry time is at 12:00 noon). Applications for dates and times other than those specified will not be processed. Public holidays are not available for visits.
Please allow approximately 60 minutes for the visit.
- Groups who wish to apply for a visit should meet the requirements and provide valid supporting documents:
- Acknowledgement by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) as a non-profit organisation and a member.
- Acknowledgement under the Inland Revenue Ordinance 88 as a charity or charitable trust exempt from taxation.
- sky100 will provide a written confirmation of acceptance or rejection no later than 3 weeks prior to the visiting date. If no reply has been received 3 weeks prior to the visiting date, please contact the hotline at (852) 2613 3888.
- If the number of applications exceeds the spaces available, the final result will be selected by ballot. Duplicate submissions will not be processed.
- Visiting groups cannot charge participants any visiting fee.
- Once confirmed, the visiting date, time and number of visitors cannot be changed.
- If the group needs to cancel the visit, written notice submitted at least 1 week prior to the date of the visit is required.
- A representative from the visiting group is required to redeem the admission ticket by showing the confirmation letter at sky100 Ticket Centre on the visiting date.
- The number of issued complimentary tickets must be same as the number listed in the confirmation letter, and must comply with the terms and condition set out in the form.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of sky100 shall be final.
- If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Terms of visitation for sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (“sky100”) CSR Group Complimentary Tour (“the visit”)
- A representative from the visiting group is responsible for maintaining order within the group, and arranging sufficient staff to manage the visit.
- The group is required to arrive on time, and as 1 group. Latecomers will be required to purchase tickets for admission. If a group arrives 30 minutes later than the designated visit time, the visit may be cancelled. Guests who wish to re-enter sky100 after the visit must purchase regular tickets.
- If the number of visitors exceeds the approved number, the group will need to purchase regularly priced tickets.
- Visitors are required to monitor their children and their behaviour to ensure their safety. No yelling or running is allowed, out of consideration for other visitors.
- sky100 recommends that people with heart disease, epilepsy, high/low blood pressure, asthma, high eye/brain pressure, or other diseases, or those with a history of illnesses or weak physical condition, consult their family doctor prior to any visit and enter at their own discretion.
- Outside food and drink are not permitted on sky100, except baby food and water.
- sky100 may take photos of the visits. The photos or videos may be used for internal and external marketing purposes.

- If the applicant does not comply with the above requirements or provides incomplete or false information, sky100 reserves the right to withdraw the previous approval.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of sky100 shall be final.
