“Sky-high Photo Package” and “Digital Photo Pass Package” – Terms and Conditions
- Package is valid for 30 days upon package purchase date (“Package Validity”)
- One sky100 adult standard ticket (“Ticket”) and one 6R Photo Redemption Coupon (“Photo Coupon”) will be issued to guest at 1/F Ticket Counter of sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (“sky100”) during Package redemption by presenting the online purchase confirmation e-mail within the Package Validity.
- Each Photo Coupon of Sky-high Photo Package is entitled to redeem one 6R photo and its softcopy at 100/F “Photo Booth” on the same day of admission date.
- Each Photo Coupon of “Digital Photo Pass Package” is entitled to redeem one “PictureAir” at 100/F “Photo Booth” on the same day of admission date. All digital images taken at sky100 can be downloaded from PictureAir app/website (web.PictureAir.com) within 60 days upon photo capture date.
- Expired, damaged, modified or copied Ticket or Photo Coupon will not be accepted. No replacement will be applied for lost Ticket or Photo Coupon.
- Tickets and Photo Coupon are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.
- Ticket grants the bearer admission to sky100 during normal operating hours and during the Ticket Validity, except for:
- Black-out dates that apply to the promotion; or
- Special events; or
- Special time slots or programmes which require a separate admission charge; or
- Black-out dates as announced by sky100 from time to time. The prevailing black-out dates are listed on the sky100 website and are subject to change.
- Guests must comply with the Rules & Regulations of sky100 set out in this website.
- sky100 reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of sky100 shall be final.
