Notes on Applications for Employment
The information provided in the application form is to be used for the purpose of recruitment assessment and for further use if you are employed by the Company. You can opt not to provide personal data that will not affect our recruitment assessment such as photo, marital status, family members, etc. before you are offered employment by Hong Kong Sky Deck Limited (“the Company”). You will be asked to provide such data if you are employed by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to use the information provided herein for any purpose directly related to the employment of the job applicant.
The Company reserves the right to disclose the information to other third parties to verify the information contained in the application form for employment related, audit, and government agencies’ investigation purposes.
You will authorize the Company to transfer your personal data to other third parties for any purpose that is directly related to your employment. This authorization extends to allowing the Company to make disclosures to relevant third parties for the purposes of considering your suitability for other vacancies within the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group or associates, etc.
If you wish to make a data access request in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, please contact our Human Resources Department.
CONSENT on Application For Employment
I fully understand the above statement regarding the use, transfer, and access right of my personal data provided herein and undertake that when I am offered an employment by Hong Kong Sky Deck Limited, I will provide the personal data that I have opted not to provide at this moment.
I hereby authorize Hong Kong Sky Deck Limited to use or to release the given information in the application form to relevant parties for the purpose of its recruitment assessment and for further use if I am offered an employment by Hong Kong Sky Deck Limited.
I grant my consent to Hong Kong Sky Deck Limited to conduct reference check verbally or in writing with my present and/ or previous employer(s) and the two named referees. I hereby authorize my present or previous employer to release the related information to Hong Kong Sky Deck Limited.
