sky100 has invited renowned singing bowl healing instructors Betty Lau to guide participants on this soul-soothing sound therapy journey. During the sound bath, participants will lie on comfortable mats, gazing at the enchanting Victoria Harbour view through the giant glass windows and the boundless azure sky. They will enjoy a sound healing experience 393 metres above ground level while basking in the sunlight and immersing themselves in the wonderful sounds.

You are recommended wearing comfortable clothing and sportswear. You may bring your own yoga mat or use the complimentary yoga mats provided at the venue.
