Each SmarTone customer is entitled to 2 FREE SmarTone“5G LAB@sky100” tickets* and companions can also enjoy discounted tickets at HKD50 each (maximum 3 tickets).

* HKD 1 administration fee per ticket applies.

Please book your tickets here at least two days prior to your visit with these 3 simple steps: (1) select visiting date (2) select visiting time slot (3) select no. of tickets.

On the day of visit, please present your sky100 confirmation email and the SmarTone "5G LAB@sky100" redemption page in your SmarTone CARE app at sky100 1/F Ticket Centre to redeem your tickets.

• Companion ticket holder(s) must be accompanied by a SmarTone customer during visit.
• If a member cancels the SmarTone service, the member will no longer be entitled to this offer.
• Each SmarTone customer may only enjoy this Offer once per day (for each mobile number).
• Tickets are for SmarTone customers' own used only and will be voided if resold
• Daily quota applies, while stocks last.
• Ticket is valid on the date and time slot selected during purchase.
• SmarTone “5GLAB@sky100” opens daily from 10:00 to 20:00 (except “Real-time 5G Driving Battle” which is closed at 19:00).  Queueing of some interactive experience may be stopped earlier than the closing time, depending on queue length.
