This Christmas, Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is offering a delectable “4-course Christmas Dinner” on 24 and 25 December 2024. The festive dinner opens with a tender Scallop Crudo, where the delicate seafood is complemented by the refreshing contrast of a Pickled Onion Micro salad and a zesty Citrus Gel. Next, guests can savour the velvety texture of Lobster Bisque, filled with succulent chunks of lobster and fragrant herbs. 

For the main course, diners can choose between the delish Pan Fried Halibut, served with asparagus, green pea, and a Lemon Butter Sauce, or the Slow Roasted Turkey Roulade, accompanied by winter vegetables, mashed sweet potatoes, and a tangy Cranberry Jus. 
The Halibut dish offers a delicate, flaky fish complemented by the fresh flavours of the vegetables and the rich, tangy sauce, while the Turkey Roulade presents a tender meat, which creates a harmonious balance on the palate.

To conclude the meal on a sweet note, the Chestnut Mascarpone Pear Cake, featuring a combination of chestnut mascarpone mousse and pear jelly, elevating the Christmas atmosphere in a wonderful way.

‘Christmas Dinner’ will be offered from 6pm to 8:30pm on 24 and 25 December 2024 in just one dining session each day. The package price of HK$894 per person includes a sky100 admission ticket, no service charge applies. Limited seats are available for sale at the official sky100 website and reservation is minimum for two.

Admission:

Guest is required to present the online purchase confirmation e-mail to staff at sky100 Ticket Counter or Kiosk machine on the date of visit to redeem the package.
